Facility & technologist time at a partner imaging center, radiologist interpretation & final report, routine supplies, and contrast when clinically indicated. Scheduling, prep guidance, and secure report delivery are included.

We operate on a simple, upfront flat fee. If you plan to seek reimbursement from your plan, we can provide a paid receipt and exam details; coverage decisions are up to your plan. (We don’t bill plans directly.)
Turnaround depends on modality and case urgency, but results are delivered promptly and securely to you and your referring physician. Ask us for today’s typical timelines when you book.
If the order or protocol indicates contrast, it’s included in the flat fee. If onsite findings require a change (e.g., add contrast), we’ll seek approval before proceeding if it meaningfully affects price or timing.
Yes—contact us as soon as possible. Some centers have cut-off windows; we’ll confirm any time-based rules when you book.
If your exam is canceled within the allowed window or cannot be performed for reasons outside your control, we’ll process a refund of the flat fee minus any non-recoverable site costs (if applicable). We’ll disclose these in your estimate before you pay.
Photo ID, your physician order, any prep instructions we provided, and information about implants or devices. Remove metal/jewelry for MRI.
Tell us when you request an estimate. We’ll route you to a suitable site (e.g., wide-bore MRI) and share comfort options. If sedation is requested, it must be arranged by your physician and is not included in the flat fee.
Yes. If comparisons are needed, we’ll help request prior studies from your previous site. Some facilities charge a retrieval fee that isn’t included; we’ll let you know in advance.
Most centers provide a patient portal or can prepare a CD/USB. Physical media may carry a site fee not included in the flat fee. Ask us to arrange it.
