MARS Healthcare LLC is a managed access and coordination service for diagnostic imaging. We assist patients, referring physicians, and employer groups in locating imaging centers, requesting cost estimates, and coordinating scheduling.
Information We May Collect
In the course of providing coordination services, we may collect or receive certain Protected Health Information (PHI), which may include:
- Your name and contact information
- Information about the imaging service requested
- Referring physician / office information
- General health information necessary to coordinate your imaging request
How We Use and Protect Your Information
MARS Healthcare is committed to maintaining the privacy and security of your health-related information. We use and disclose PHI only as necessary to:
- Coordinate imaging scheduling and referrals
- Communicate with partner imaging facilities on your behalf
- Respond to your requests for estimates or appointment coordination
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations
We do not sell your Protected Health Information. We do not use PHI for marketing purposes without your written authorization.
